asked friends from USA and Canada about how people there consider tattoos.

"Too much discrimination."
"Should be hidden, if you want a good working evaluation."

so I guess it isn't as liberal as I assumed. But why do tattoos are so common among celebrities and sport stars? and it's interesting to see how people adore or admire those celebrities. Weird, huh.
