1. 用沸水燙過乾淨的容器、湯匙
2. 在容器泡一杯牛奶,攪拌均勻
3. 牛奶冷卻至體溫後加優酪乳(一大湯匙或更多;越多生菌數的優酪乳優格的成功率更高)
4. 攪拌均勻後蓋好容器瓶蓋
5. 放進電鍋過夜(讓溫度維持體溫)
