Tonight...

Hsinchu is famous of its strong wind, I learned this after my first few weeks in NTHU. However, at a night like this, windy and chilly... the water pipe of our whole dorm building ("Xin") was broken because of the construction of some mysterious, unknown buildings... Therefore, we had to climb the hills down to the other dorm area and borrow the bathrooms to take a shower... After the whole tiring and troublesome matters of running around, calling out for help, and finding places to take a shower, here came the most tiring part: Though we "luckily" and eventually were showered by precious hot water (not the one that would burn your skin as what we just had back in our dorm building...), and washed our filth away, a terrible idea popped out from our little heads... ''Oh my god!! we have to climb 'the killing and convolute stairway' back to our dorm again!!!" I had never known that taking a shower was such a tiring, exhausting, thrilling, and chilly adventure... What else could I say?

O, thank Lord God has taught me the lesson that WATER, especially HOT WATER WHICH WON'T BURN YOU, is so precious in the world.
