在約莫八點多游完泳在游泳池洗澡時,好痠啊啊啊


早知道不要一下子衝那麼多趟 = =

一個小時15趟有吧...

洗澡時超痛苦 手抬起來都好痠痠痠痠痠




明天應該有點難受

不過對今天卡路里攝取量頗為自豪 嘿嘿

早餐:apple*1 / soy milk*250ml / vegetable sandwich*1
中餐:水木燒臘蜜汁雞腿*1 /sugarless green tea *650ml
晚餐:apple*1 / red beans + milk*300ml / muesli*20g
運動:swimming*1500m

以後我的早晚餐都要變成:
1 cup of whole-wheat cereal + skimmed milk = 300ml / fruit*1

午餐照常吃,少油少炸

每周運動三次,jogging, swimming, playing tennis, or playing basketball
每次90分鐘函暖身與收操

過了這個暑假,我要變成:
























緊實的肌肉線條 = athletic sexy!!!!
