Jean went to a restaurant on horseback for lunch. When he arrived the restaurant which he had made a reservation, he jumped off from the saddle. Accidentally at the moment when he stepped in the restaurant and cleaned his boots on the mat, a waiter with a tray of coffee bumped into Jean. His brand new Armani riding suit was stained. And his ankle was swollen by the bump. He was pissed off and redden by his anger. The waiter apologized, but soon afterwards Jean found out that there was an omission which his name was missed from the reservation list. The manager came out and apologized that it was a realy nuisance for all what happened today. Then the manager called a doctor to check out Jean's swollen ankle, and promised they would compensate for this terrible nuisance by giving him more beautiful horses and riding suits. Jean then was satisfied.
